👇About the role:

You will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders across the company (finance, sales, legal and compliance, engineering, marketing, partnerships) creating, maintaining, and enhancing key processes. This is not merely about completing tasks and moving things forward, but about solving complex problems, creating scalable solutions to fit our growth plans, and identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities.

This is a fast paced, ever changing environment that will require the individual to multi-task, take intiative and maintain a hands-on role. We work as a team, leveraging the collective experience and knowledge of everyone here, and are supportive and understanding to others when required, no matter the task, but this does not slow down our decision-making, accountability or ability to executive individually. You should take ownership of your work and be proud of the company you are building.

Responsibilities:

• Processes: build and optimise scalable processes to ensure Crezco keeps growing.
• Suppliers: manage key supplier relationships and help identify inefficiencies, improvements, excess costs and better solutions to streamline and simplify our processes for our end customers.
• Data analytics: build dashboards and define, monitor and report on key metrics, either presented internally or for sharing with external partners.
• Financial planning and analysis: support work on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities.
• Other: we want to work with people who are flexible and comfortable with uncertainty (agile), that identify company gaps and problems to fix. You shouldn’t be afraid to weigh in where help is needed.

What you will need to be successful:

Background requirements:

• 4+ years operating experience in a fast-past environment, ideally within a tech or fintech company
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Experience in managing risk, compliance, outsourcing operations
