Our Operations team is at the core of our customer experience. This role will focus on developing our payment operations, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Working in collaboration with our product and engineering teams, you will have the opportunity to shape our processes and systems for the management of in-flight payments.
Being a small but efficient operations department, as a Payments Operations Specialist you will be trained to support your colleagues across Payment Operations, Compliance and Customer Support.
The role requires a diverse skill set and engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be pivotal in supporting our customers and ensuring Crezco’s payment operations scale efficiently. Given this variety, the successful candidate will build a range of important skills for future development opportunities.
