We are looking for a smart creative to lead our UX & UI design efforts. Candidates should want to join a start-up and meaningfully define our development and direction. We are a small, but growing team (20+) of exceptional individuals. We strongly encourage collaboration and communication, but you must be comfortable working independently and taking the initiative. You will be working within the engineering team, but will remain very close to our customers alongside the sales and marketing team.

Experience level: Senior (6+years of relevant experience - some of it in a hyper-growth company)

Skills: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, HTML & CSS

🎯Your mission

Our payments engine may feel like a Ferrari, but our front-end should be as simple to drive as a golf buggy. Our business customers need to be able to navigate through the product with their eyes closed. The following is a non-exhaustive list of key areas to work on:

• Improve sign-up success ratios: businesses need to create an account with Crezco to access our accounts receivable and accounts payable solutions
• Improve onboarding success ratios: once a business creates an account, they must continue to connect their bank account, add users where appropriate, and complete KYC / KYB processes if accessing international payment solutions
• Improve app navigation success: we aim to deliver our payments primarily as an embedded solution within another’s platform, but each business customer has their own account within our web-app from which they can access different data, features and products
• Improve premium products usage: certain Crezco features, such as bulk-payments and multi-tenancy access control, are only accessible when users subscribe for a premium package
• Improve contact pages: when creating payee details (suppliers or company employees) for accounts payables, our customers must enter certain payee information (which depends on the country of the payee). This can be done manually, via uploading CSV files or via an API. The latter two are easier, but the former can always be more intuitive.
• Improve checkout ratios: this applies to both accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support static website design and API documentation

• Create user personas, user journeys and site maps
