We are looking for an individual with prior content design experience who is looking to develop professionally within a growing organisation. The role requires a blend of independent creativity, existing design skills, customer empathy and initiative.
We work as a team, leveraging the collective experience and knowledge of everyone here, and are supportive to others when required, no matter the task, but this does not slow down our decision making or ability to executive individually. You should take ownership of your work and be proud of the company you are building.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for the marketing website (illustration, infographics, marketing imagery, etc.): Crezco is an innovative payments company leveraging cutting-edge technology. We need our front-end marketing site to mirror what we have built in the backend.
- Create marketing graphics / banners for social media and online advertisements: we need to create on-brand graphics appropriate for B2B marketing channels, such as LinkedIn and blog posts.
- Update design system elements: whether it is the marketing team creating sales material, the customer success teams writing onboarding emails and newsletters, or front-end developers building new pages, they all need to easily access updated content with convenience.
- Educational resources and content: B2B businesses need to connect with customers early through engaging educational content delivered via various channels, platforms and styles. This may include PDF files to be shared as attachments, online one-pagers and user-guides or a video to be posted on community chat forums. We need your help building the visual and design elements.
- Ad hoc tasks: certain print design tasks may present themselves, such as the need to design banners, t-shirts, or stationary for live trade shows. An alternative ad-hoc task would be to build thumbnails for podcasts and webinars.
- User-experience awareness: we are a customer-centric company building products with great user-experience. Everybody in Crezco should understand who our customers are and what their pain points are, but this is an opportunity to work closely with our UX and UI lead, either conducting research or via supporting product design activities.
What you will need to be successful:
Background requirements:
- 0-2 years professional experience in graphic design and illustration
- Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop / Figma
- Relevant undergraduate degree
